The Big Shapes That Make the Painting Work

In this three-hour working session, we will look closely at how large shapes and value relationships establish the structure of a painting. We will work on building an image from the beginning so that it holds together, rather than needing to be corrected or rescued later.

Participants may bring a painting in progress or start something new.
